AWP Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Home based (ideally centrally located within the UK)
Responsibilities
– Sales and marketing of AWP machines in the UK and Ireland. Initiate and implement the sales plan and strategies for the market
– Manage the Sales & Operational planning process
– Manage relationships with key accounts within the industry including hosting visits to China
– Ensure budgets and targets are tracked and achieved
– Work with dealers and customers and expand new market segments
– Organize marketing events to promote brand and product awareness
– Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
– Close cooperation with the R&D team on product development, including organizing benchmarking and creating product feedback reports
– Manage and support specific dealers on all SANY Products as required
Qualifications
– Solid sales experience in the Access Platform industry with established relationships with key customers
– Dealer management experience
– Excellent technical and analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset
– Open-minded personality, strong communicator and a team player
– Extensive travel across the UK including the occasional trip to China
– Full and valid UK driving license
– IT Literate with a strong grasp of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
– Ideally have completed an accredited degree in one of the following: Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
