Aftersales NPI & Product Co-ordinator

Location: Remote
Key responsibilities and duties for this position:
- Co-ordinate NPI process for the Aftermarket functions within SANY UK
– Review, add/delete lists & compile recommended parts lists for NPI projects
– Undertake parts pricing analysis
– Review operator & maintenance manuals
– Create technical bulletins and monitor closure throughout the dealer network
– Collaborate with all departments to identify and resolve product related issues prior to release of products to the marketplace
– Review hydraulic and electrical schematics
– Carry out service audits on new products, compile reports and feedback to R&D team at HQ
– Assist with service contracts / R&M pricing and upkeep of the service calculator tool
– Assist with creating service training material for the dealer network
– Investigation and problem-solving of technical issues
– Assisting in key aftermarket projects
What we expect from you:
– Minimum HVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or relevant role specific experience
– Demonstrated self-starter with strong initiative skills and a can-do positive attitude; the ability to work autonomously
– Proven abilities to work effectively in teams
– Ability to manage and implement project ideas
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Competent with office 365 programmes / excel / word etc
– Experience of carrying out risk assessments and health & safety knowledge within the workplace is desirable
