Key responsibilities and duties for this position:

– Manage the sales of access equipment and forklift products within the industrial sector, developing sales strategies and business expansion plans

– Lead the sales team to ensure sales targets are met and drive team performance improvement 

– Develop new customer base, maintain existing ones and build a long-term, stable network of client relationships

– Analyse market demand and competitive dynamics, identify business opportunities, and develop response strategies

– Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maximising the benefits of using the company’s products

– Oversee the signing and execution of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and execution quality

– Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring the reasonable use of sales expenses and maximising sales profitability

– Participate in marketing activities to enhance the visibility and market share of the company’s products in target markets

What we expect from you:

– Degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field

– At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the industrial equipment sector with a preference for experience in access equipment and forklifts

– Strong leadership abilities and team management experience with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve sales targets

– Excellent customer development skills, with the ability to independently develop new markets

– Familiarity with the industrial equipment market, with strong market insight and analytical abilities

– Good communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to handle complex business negotiations

– Willing to travel frequently for sales activities across different regions
