SANY UK & Ireland attended their first ever Executive Hire Show at the Coventry Building Society Arena this month.

This was the first official showing of two of SANY’s stage V excavators which have been designed for the UK plant hire market.

The SY16 is a 1.6T canopy excavator aimed at the utility and landscaping market. The larger 2.6T SY26 is a cabbed model proving popular with plant hirers and owner operators alike.

Both machines come equipped with SANY’s class leading 5 year, 3000 hour warranty giving customers peace of mind around the quality and cost of ownership of the machines. They are also highly specified with features on the SY16 such as expanding undercarriage, two speed tracking and two-way pipework. Likewise, the SY26 comes with a digital monitor, rotate lines and proportional controls for selector grabs and other features such as all-metal panels and good service access.

SANY also showcased their SY80, the 8.8T excavator which was launched at RWM in 2021 and was the largest excavator exhibited at the show.
